Starbie's and Pedi's

On Friday night we had a girls night out called Starbie's and Pedi's. It was so much fun!! We met at Starbucks and grab a coffee, which by the way it was on of the girls first Starbucks coffee ever. I was completely shocked but she loved it. She said that you would have to get a second job just to support your Starbucks habit. After we all got our drink of choice we headed over to the nail salon where we all got a pedicure. They had six workers working on our group so we wouldn't be there till midnight. There were a few who had problems when they worked on their feet and you will see those pictures later.

This is Katie and Tanya her mom at Starbucks.

This is Geri, which is Tanya's sister in law, and the lovely Alissa and Cindy. This is Virgina and Bonnie. Miss Bonnie just got engaged a few weeks ago. We are very happy for her and Silver. Congrats you guys!!!This is my lovely Katie. She helps me so much and I always know that I can count on her to get the job done with such excellence. She has a great heart and she is a might woman of God who is going to to great things for Him. I love you Katie girl!!I know who's toes these are. Tanya has such cute little toes.So Katie was the crazy one. When they would touch parts of her feet she freaked out. I enjoyed watching her very much. There she goes again!!!So here was a hilarious part of the evening. The chairs that you sit in have massagers in them. Well Alissa was trying it out and pushed the bottom button. Well she was laughing so much because of the massager. It would go up in the middle and then down and the up again. This is the girl who had her first Starbucks coffee. Carmel Frappaccino!! Yummo!!

So after our girls night out was over they didn't want the party to end. So we all headed over to Sir Pizza and had the best pizza since we have lived here. For all you Californians it is a lot like Me-N-Ed's, which we don't have here.

It was such a fun evening and it is something we will definitely have to do again. What girl doesn't like having a pedicure. The woman have requested once a month. But I have a lot of other ideas brewing for us ladies.

Travelin' In Style

This morning when I woke up I walked down the hallway and into the living room to find that my wonderful parents bought me the coolest luggage. I saw the set last night at a store and completely fell in love with them. For those of you who don't know there is a chance that I might be going to Chicago for another business trip and I will also have a very special trip that will take place in March so luggage has become a necessity.

This is the very nice luggage that has a hard shell with a TSA approved lock. Its specially designed so I can lock the bags but if is TSA needed to open it then they have a key that would open them. Now if we could just make sure that they locked them back. But any way I will always know that they are mine because they literally scream "ASHLEY'S LUGGAGE". Here are a few pictures...

This is the special lock for the TSA.

Look for wheels for easy gliding. I love to roll them around, very smooth!! I must also say that these are the cutest bags for any girl's honeymoon trip. Hehe

Travis and I also made another purchase recently, we bought a new laptop. For those of you who don't know we have had a lot of trouble with Travis' laptop. It would go into hibernation mode and not come out of it for weeks. We finally gave up when it went into hibernation mode when we were in California back in June and it still has not come to life. Here are a few pictures of our new toy.

Our Newest Worship Leader

I would like to introduce our newest worship leader to the world, Camden Bell. When the song "I Will Run" comes on he gets so excited and wants to sing. This kid knows the whole song, word for word. On Saturday set-up dad gave him a mic and he gave us a show. He has no fear and gave it his all. He was worshipping by raising his arms.

He was giving it all he had and sang with all his might. He was the cutest thing and he had the biggest audience cheering him on.

Date Night

Since Travis was gone all last week I thought that it would be nice to have a date night the night he got back. We got looking all cute and painted the town red.Our evening started our with dinner at Carrabba's Italian Restaurant. I had an awesome salmon with some kind of sauce on top served with garlic mashed potatoes and salad. Very yummy!!Now Carrabba's is very smart because after dinner they bring to your table what is called a dessert rack. It has like little shot glasses of the desserts that they serve. You can purchase a little shot glass or the whole rack. Very smart!!! So I got the Espresso Mouse with a biscotti on top but I ate it before I took the picture, sorry.Travis said, "I can see it now on the blog, gone in 60 seconds." That little sucker was good.Travis got some banana pudding one. His looked pretty good but I am all about the coffee.Travis is a little camera shy. Boy, you better get use to it because you've got me for the rest of your life. This is what I get for letting someone else take the pictures. After dinner we went to the movies and watched The Proposal with Sandra Bullock. I thought that it was an adorable movie. We had a really fun evening together like we always do.

Our Monday Outing

On Monday Gammer wanted to go see Trinity Music City in Hendersonville. We decided we would get lunch at Tee's Fireside Cafe before we went on an adventure to Hendersonville.
Isn't that Coca-Cola bottle the cutest thing?

This is the famous hamburger at Tee's Fireside Cafe. Yummy!

This is the prayer room located inside the church. Look at the prayer pillows. This is the church at TBN where they have regular services and recordings.Isn't this so cool? I love looking at old stuff like this.
This was the home of Conway Twitty's mothers house. This is the pool and houses behind the pool that Conway Twitty's children and grandchildren lived.

This is a painting of a twitty bird, what Conway Twitty was named after.

This was a little memorial section of the yard to recognize Conway Twitty. The tree to the left was planted in 1995 by Conways children and grandchildren in honor of him.

Saying good-bye to Trinity Music City!!!
