Franklin Bridal Ball
Some of you already may know I just went to the Franklin Bridal Ball. It was so much fun!!! It was held at the Factory which is an old redone factory that has little shops throughout and is rented out for weddings and big events. Its so cool
inside. The first 300 hundred brides got a pink baseball cap with an attached veil and a Pink Book. (Pink Book is huge in the wedding industry here in Tennessee. The book they gave away was a book of vendors for all wedding topics in different cities.) My mom also got me a Pink Book t-shirt that has a cute saying on the back like "I promise to be nice
to my mother in law and never to wear flannel p.j.'s and to understand when my father acts like George Banks" and so on.There was one vendor I wanted to talk to more than any other, the rest were just for fun. I wanted to speak with One Source Weddings, a wedding coordinator where
its a one stop shop. Flowers, wedding cakes, decor, videography, photography, everything they do and do very, very well. And her ideas are fantastic!!! I talked with her and her assistants for at least half-n-hour to 45 minutes. After that we just walked around getting ideas and trying new things like chocolate covered cheesecake balls on a stick. They were awesome!!!! After that we went to the fashion show but I wasn't to impressed with the dresses. They all looked the same.

This is an ice sculpture centerpiece

This was a little old lady who was more into the wedding plans than a young bride would be. She was all into it with her pink baseball cap!!
All in all this was a fun event. I wish my other aunTI was by my side to help me pick out the very last detail of my wedding and home decor or any other opinions she would throw out at me without asking.

Make & Take
One of the first things we did when we got here was find a scrapbook store, obviously. We found a store called Timeless Reflections and the lady that owns the store is so much fun. She just talks and laughs. Her husband actually wrote the songs "My Best Friend" and "Let's Make Love" both sang by Tim McGraw and one with Faith Hill. He also wrote a song for Kenny Chesney and some other artist who's name I forgot.

Movie Night
We always have a lot of fun together can't ya tell.

4th of July Fun!!!
On the 4th of July we went to my grandparents house in Clarskville but of course we had to stop at Starbucks before the hour long drive and yes I got a lemon cookie. We we got into Clarksville we stopped at a store that sold just fireworks. An entire store dedicated to selling just fire works and all year long. Most of the fire works in this store would have been illegal in California. (This big Box of fireworks was $1200.00. Wow!!!)
(Now these are Roman Candle Fireworks. Yes they a illegal in California but not in Tennessee.)
When we finally got to Grammy and Papa's house as soon as we walked in the door the food was ready and on the table. She made bar-b-q sandwhiches and baked beans. So good!!!! So then we had to pretty much waste 4 hours until it got dark enough so we could do fireworks. The guys did there guy thing in the garage while us women sat on the couch and drank coffee and talked and talked ....and talked some more.
It finally got dark enough, Alex couldn'twait any longer, so we went outside to start the fun. I could probably type all the fun but I'm sure it be would way more fun it you could watch it yourself.
(Auntie Re Re got Alex the flags!)
(One of our boxes of various fireworks)
Mike lit this firework not knowing what it would do and we had no idea that it shot little fireworks in the air.
Micheal wanted this little firecracker to blow up in the air so he had to light the fuse and then hold it so the fuse would go down and then throw it up in the air. But he kept letting it go because it was going down to his fingertips and he got a little scared.
Travis and I bought these fireworks that shoot up into the air but we hadn't ever seen then done so we weren't expecting them to go so high or to make a loud boom! So we were all kind of shocked and it definitly shows.
Daddy with his lighting stick because Papa didn't have a lighter that actually worked.
Aww, the engaged couple, aren't they so cute!!
Alex with his sparklers!!!
Mike with his kind of sparkers!!!
Another firecracker that shoots up in the air.
Mike said it right, "Thats a California firework." So sorry for y'all.
This one of the fireworks that shot up in the air. I thought it looked so pretty.
This is Mike with sparklers dancing like a little fairy. And the woman he is trying to scare is his wife, which you can hear he did.
All in all, it was an awesome 4th of July. This was the first 4th of July I spent with my grandparents and it was also the first 4th of July I spent without the gumps, mema, grandma, and Travis's family. It wasn't the same at all without you guys and I miss you all so so so so much. I love you guys
