I know that my title is rain, rain go away but I love the Tennessee storms. People say that I am crazy but I am just amazed at how it can drop buckets of rain in several minutes. The rolling and clapping thunder makes me so excited. And the lighting can light up the sky like no body's business. We never got these kind of storms in California and they amaze me every time they roll in.
I took a few pictures of the rain with my nice camera, not my iphone because I love seeing the clarity of the rain drops bouncing and the sheets of rain running across the streets.
These are the sheets of rain I was referring to.
And I thought this kind of rain was only for Hollywood movies. We actually opened the garage door and watched as it poured. Standing a few feet back we even got a pretty good mist from all the rain.

ReplyDeleteI am in the same boat as you. Tennessee storms are amazing and never cease to bring out the awe in me. One of my favorite past times is to sit outside and watch the storm pass by. And I think Titus will catch on it as well since he did wonderful this past storm you documented.
