A Day at Green Hills!

The Green Hills mall is the best mall I have ever seen. It's the mall that people who live here actually shop at, its not touristy at all. So Jessie and I had a day just at the mall. We went to the mall at lunch time so we had to stop and grab a bite at the famous Panera Bread since I had never eaten there before. And let me tell you it was delicious!!!

This is my sandwhich, I got the Chicken Chipotle. It was so good I started eating it and then remembered that I had to take a picture.

Jessie got the turkey sandwhich, I took a bite of this one and it was pretty good. Everyone needs to try Panera Bread. Then it was off to the shopping!! We had to go to our favorite store first Vicotiria Secret. I mean come on its their Semi-Annual Sale!!

(I got in trouble for taking these pictures because the store rule is no pictures in the store.)

So we spent an hour and a half to two hours in this store. All of jessies co-workers were completly shocked and kept asking us, "You guys are stll here?!?" But lets face it I could probably live there and be totally happy. Anyways we also went to M.A.C., Pottery Barn, and Express. We finally shopped till we dropped but we still had fun in the car.

(We couldn't get the camera centered on both of us so we finally just gave up)

Ok now you may think this is weird but after shopping when I am in the car driving home I have to pull out everything I got and look at it. I don't know why but it is a must. I think it is because by the time I am done shopping I forgot what I got at the first store. So in the car I pulled out everything I got but only took a picture of one thing because the others would have to be censored.

Isn't it so cute!! I have had my eye on this thing for a while. Obivously it is and eye mask but i love the words on it. I thought it was addorable.

So that was me and Jessie day at the mall one day last week. We had a blast, hello its shopping who wouldn't have a blast.

A Post in Honor of Ti!!

Ok fine miss priss. The reason I don't post as many blogs as my mom and ang is because I have a life that goes beyond just my blog and scrapbooking. No offense to mom and ang thats cool for you guys! I like to be out of the house doing things.

But anyway this is just for you, KRISTI! hehe

One Sunday night me and Trav wanted a little snack so I made a friut snack but I put it my ice cream cups that look like waffle cones. The whole time I was making them I was thinking of titi. So I made them as perfect as I could where each piece of fruit was properly place in a specfic area so it all looked unified.

Don't they look so pretty. Its more fun eating cute food out of a cute cup that thrown together on a paper plate.

It's the Little Things That Make Life Sweet!!

So my favorite thing to get at Starbucks is the Lemon cookie. I don't know why but I love it. I don't normally like the taste of lemons or flavored lemon but i love this. Its sweet with just a hint of citrus. It's so good you have to try one.

Ouch!!

So I haven't been on the blog in awhile. I am so sorry to all the viewers out there because you haven't been connected to what is going on in our lives. Anyway so this morning Jessie had to get a shot for college. I hate getting shots, it is a pain in the butt, but watching someone else get the shot doesn't hurt so bad. My dad told Jessie to think about the three stooges when they were trying to put a diaper on a horse. Jessie and I weren't laughing at actually putting a diaper on a horse but that my dad told her to think about that as she was getting the shot. We finally found the place, hey we are still very new to Nashville, and then had to find the room where she got the shots. And that was pretty funny because her mom told us to go to room 205 but it was vehicle pollution or something, totally the wrong place. We found it as the guard was laughing at us because he knew we were lost. So we finally found the room and then we had to wait for like an hour so Jessie played a game on her phone and I read a children's book.

Jessie was filling out her paperwork and I leaned over and took the tinest piece of skin and pinched it. She was like ouch and I told her, "I was just testing you." The nurse came in with the needle and Jessie said, "Wow, thats a big needle!" and she said "Actually, its not." Jess shut up after that.

So Jessie got her shot as well as a really ugly band-aid!!

Free Time

Hey ya'll not much going on today. Yesterday I worked on stuff all day and I got my work done for the week so now i don't have anything to do. I'm sure I'll find something to do though. Today and yesterday has been really nice. It hasn't been hot at all, it's been nice and breezy. But I post if anything new happens. So I miss all of our family! Love you guys!!!

Playin' Catch Up!!

Ok so its been a few days since I posted on the blog but I've been a little busy. The Rooster post got a lot of feedback so I thought I would just let it take its toll and then the weekend hit. Thursday was the weirdest weather we have seen here. Me and Jessie were at the pool and at about 2:30 it started sprinkling. We thought, "Ah man, we just got here and now gotta go inside." But then it stopped and the sun was shining so bright that I got the best tan. I'm not a cracker anymore! (Just burned white bread! Haha) So anyway we went in at about 5 o'clock and half an hour later there was a down pour. It was raining so hard that it was just rolling down our driveway. And then it just stopped. The weather is so crazy here.
So the weekend was awesome! God is so faithful!!!!! It is truly amazing when you are obedient to God and step out in faith and then right before your very own eyes God does his part. We saw several new families in our service today and felt so honored for them choosing to be apart of us.
